          Want to be a host Church?

          Host Responsibilities:
          -Provide facility to host FFL
          -Provide the facility the night before from 6:30-7:30pm for prayer, team meeting and decorating/set up.
          -Provide free childcare (We have a designated childcare leader for FFL. Please let us know if she would be allowed to work with your childcare workers.) Childcare signup is done via the FFL website. Folks are required to RSVP in order to secure childcare. The list of children's names and how many will be supplied to you by Pastor Matt Day.
          -Provide tables/chairs as needed.
          -Provide podium as needed depending on if you are having a speaker.
          -Provide decorations. (FFL has access to some decorations from past events that can be used.)
          -Provide access to kitchen (Unless your church would like to supply the meal/drinks, FFL is a catered by a local restaurant. We charge for the meal which pays for it, the paper products, tea and water.)
          -Provide (optional) some door prizes.
          -Provide access/training to microphone/sound equipment with walk-thru with the FFL team (on Thursday is possible).

          -Work with our FFL leaders listed below by providing contact names ahead of time:

          Sharolyn Handel: Hospitality leader
          Sharolyn will work with your kitchen person to help coordinate the delivery and distribution of the catered meals. She will communicate how many tables are need to set up the food and any other items. She will also be involved with helping to decorate the food area if needed for a certain event.

          Rusty Davis: Tech
          Rusty will work with your tech folks to make sure we have sound for a mic as well as background music and any audio-visual needs such as putting up the FFL logo on the screen, show a video clip or power point for a speaker.

          Robin Grubbs: Decorations/set up
          Robin will work with your decoration team to help come up with a theme and design for the facility/room. You are welcome to use whatever you want to decorate the tables, walls, etc. Robin has access to decorations from area churches. We encourage using $1 tree for inexpensive tablecloths and other items.

          Deborah Beckwith: Registration, Greeting, Prayer
          Deborah will work with your folks in a variety of areas. Deborah does the prayer walk the night before (prays for each table/chair/hallways/outside) at our team meeting. Deborah also helps greet, provide registration, collect donations, takes pictures, etc...

          Jodi Lammons: Icebreakers/Games/Greeting
          Jodi will work with your game/MC person to make sure we have enough games. Icebreakers and group wide games need to include people moving from different tables to different people. Jodi also helps to set up, break down, clean up, and greeting, etc...

          Cheryl Turrentine: Prayer
          Cheryl is one of our prayer warriors and intercedes for us. If you have a prayer team that would like to be included in the prayer emails, please let us know.

          Angela Miller: Childcare
          Angela will work with your childcare workers to help design a project that matches that months theme. She will provide supplies as needed.

          Beth Griffen: Facebook/Marketing
          Beth promotes each FFL on facebook. We also create flyers to help promote 3 months out. We also have business cards. Pastor Matt sends out weekly reminders.

          Pastor Matt Day: Registration
          Pastor Matt works with your folks to let you know how many have registered so you know how to set up tables, etc. We ask that you have an extra table for registration. FFL will provide name tags and collect funds towards the meal or other needs. Pastor Matt also distributes survey's so we can add any new folks to our database, see if anyone needs prayer and be the avenue to give out our door prizes. Matt will also collect these and work with your church.

          Christy Holcombe: Overall manager
          Christy will work with your church to help make sure all the other parts are going smoothly.
